Kebbi Deputy Governor Receives HYPADEC team On Courtesy Visit, Assures them Of State Govt. Support

Sama’ila Yombe Dabai, Deputy Governor of Kebbi State received in audience of the chairman, Managing Director and Members governing council of Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission (HYPADEC) at the Deputy Governor’s conference room, Birnin Kebbi yesterday.

The delegation led by the Chairman of the commission Barrister Joseph Terfa was at the office of the Deputy Governor on familiarisation visit and to seek the support of the State Government.

While welcoming the delegation, the Deputy Governor commended the effort and commitment of Bagudu led administration on power stability in the state and described how such investment on power led to positive outcome of power stability across the state.

The Deputy Governor further use the medium to congratulate Alh Abubakar Sadiq Yelwa (Katikan Yauri) over his appointment and described him as the result oriented human being who was a Commissioner in the state prior to his appointment as the pioneer managing director of the commission.

Sama’ila Yombe Dabai assured of continued support of Governor Bagudu towards power stability as well as ecological problems across the state.

In attendance were Secretary to the state government, Alh Babale Umar Yauri, Ag HoS Alh Suffiyanu Bena, Special Adviser to the State Governor on power Alhaji Yusuf Haruna Rasheed, Permanent Secretary Cabinet and political Matters, Special Adviser to the State Governor, Hon. Ibrahim Attahiru Tadurga among others.
