In continuation of her familiarisation with the activities of her new Ministry, The Commissioner of Information and Culture, Hajiya Rakiya Tanko Ayuba, today visited all the Departments under the Ministry.

In company of the Permanent Secretary, Alhaji Garba Hamisu Zuru and the Directors of the Ministry, the Commissioner expressed appreciation on how she found some of the offices visited and the need to renovate others.

Hajiya Rakiya, stressed the need to have a conference room for the Ministry and indicated her willingness to support and assist in the renovation and in converting one of large office in the Ministry to a conference hall.

The Commissioner assumed duty this week, following a minor cabinet reshuffle that ensued her posting to the Ministry.
