Sen Abubakar Atiku Bagudu’s Sallah message

Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, the Executive Governor of Kebbi state congratulates the Muslim Umma, Kebbians and those residing in Kebbi state for witnessing another Sallah amid Corona virus (covid – 19) tension and pendamic.

Governor Abubakar Atiku admonished the hardworking people of kebbi state to be more Godly and organized. He proudly called Kebbians the most peaceful and organized. Ordinarily, good organization entails orderliness and responsiveness to one another. It is therefore, expected that the people of kebbi state shall be brothers’ keepers. Assist your neighbours and those in needs this is purely Islamic.

On the part of government however, His Excellency Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu did the unexpected by assisting virtually every organized body/association/political party and so on, with the Sallah packages. This rare gesture has eased the economic hardship being experienced the world over.

His Excellency Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu did not compromise the health and lives of his people. Knowing fully well that Corona virus (covid – 19) has not gone for good, he advised people to be covid – 19 compliance. That is to say, to obey the cardinal rules of corona virus (covid – 19). Kebbians, worshippers and Sallah celebrants are expected to:

1. Wash hands regularly
2. Maintain social distancing
3. Wear face mask in public places
4. Report any suspicious person who exhibits signs of corona virus or visited a corona virus patient.
5. Be vigilant, your health is of utmost importance to His Excellency.

Finally, he wished everybody happy Sallah. Drive to stay alive he concluded.
