So, to him staying at home is not actually being off duty. Rtd. Colonel Sama’ila Yombe Dabai has never relax despite his active service in his capacity as Kebbi State Deputy Governor and has not taken him off his passion which he cherishes.

It is never a surprise to many people that knew the rtd. red neck Military officer who is a member Nigerian Aircraft Engineers and Pilot Association because of the tremendous landmark and successes he has recorded during his time in the Engineering and Military Administration.

In some of the pictures, it is the number two citizen of Kebbi State engaged in welding of remodified Toyota Hilux which was turned into Armoured car

His wealth of experience has contributed immensely to development of Aviation Ministry, considering that in 1984 he was a Commander, Air Borne School, Jaji, Kaduna State, Military Commander, Aviation Brigade, PortHacourt, between 1986-1988 and later between 1995 to 1997 rtd. The Tambarin Zuru who is in his second tenure and sixth year as the Deputy Governor of Kebbi State has defined what a good thinking person must do to develop skills and sustain it in the development of himself and his fatherland.

This is a clear call to the teaming youth in the society to avail themselves with the little chance to becoming self reliant and dependant, thereby contribute their qouta to the development of the society, in addition to saying NO to idleness, political thuggery and drug trafficking and abuse as well as other social vices..
