FARMERS AS BACKBONE OF SOCIETY…… unveiling an enterprising Young Farmer Abu Manager from Kebbi State.

As COVID 19 continues to take its toll on economies of Nations and Societies : Farmers across the Globe continue to keep body and soul together by providing us with daily bread to survive.

The story is not different here in Kebbi State as many young men and women have returned to farms in response to President Muhammadu Buhari Clarion call for Nigerians to produce what we eat.

One such Enterprising young men is Alh Abu Manager Yauri in Kebbi State where farming is no more for subsistence but business enterprise courtesy of the stimulated enthusiasm created by Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu in the State.

Tilling over 200 hectres of land to cultivate rice at Fadamar Kwarkosu in Shanga Local Government Area of Kebbi State; Abu Manager’s rice farming Investements has received tumoultous welcome by host Communities who troop to the farm for labour engagements to earn a living utilising 57 water pumping machines on the farm.

Apart from this, the vast fadama land equally attract farmers from the neighboring Sokoto, Zamfara, Niger States and even beyond. Making millions Naira worth from the nation’s rice Hub ; Kebbi State.

In few days after this visit ; the harvest is expected to be in hundreds of millions as over 3000 bags of paddy rice are projected to be stuffed.

To all young Entrepreneurs, Farmers and Youth in Kebbi State; Abu Manager has become a legend, role model and Potential Rice Billionaire for his tenacity and commitment to the rice project.

Mr President, Governor Bagudu and all patriotic Nigerians must appreciate the commitment of Farmers whose support provided succor and made COVID 19 pandemic less impacting on our society.
