DEPUTY GOV FELICITATES WITH MUSLIM FAITHFULS, TASKS ON RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTAIN THE SPREAD OF COVID 19
His Excellency, Rtd Col Samaila Yombe Dabai mni, fss, psc+ (TAMBARIN ZURU), deputy governor of Kebbi State has felicitated with Muslim faithfuls in the state and across the globe over the 2020 end of Ramadan.
“Today marks the end of the month of Ramadan, a 30 day spiritual activity and a period of self -sacrifice & self denial to renew our minds” the Deputy Governor said, adding that the period was an opportunity to attune ourselves to the worship of our creator and illumination by the Glorious Qur’an and a moment of seeking God’s forgiveness and mercy.
Rtd Col Samaila Yombe Dabai is also using this medium to call on Muslim faithfuls in the state and Nigeria at large to pray for contemporary challenges such as insecurity, covid19, the economic stability of Kebbi and Nigeria at large.
He further task Muslim faithfuls and the general public to take responsibilities by observing all safety rules in the effort to prevent the spread of covid 19.
