Nigerian Youth Parliament: Bashar Buhari emerges Chairman House Committee on Education, Ahmad Rufai COS to Speaker

Kebbi State indigene, Youth activist and academician, Bashar Aliyu Buhari has emerged Chairman, House Committee on Education in the 4th Session of the Nigerian Youth Parliament held in Kano recently.

According to a statement made available to KebbiDailyNews, Buhari’s emergence was unanimously endorsed following his contribution to the development of academic activities in Kebbi State and beyond.

While fielding questions from our correspondence, Bashar, represent Kebbi Central at the Nigerian Youth Parliament said: By God grace, he will use the opportunity to patriotically offer contributions through initiatives that will improve the standard and quality of education in Nigeria.

“I call on the youth of Kebbi State and Nigeria at large to support us in fulfilling this tough mandate as we remain dedicated and committed” he said.

Buhari in his statement also called on the youths of Kebbi State and Nigeria at large to support the his office in fulfilling this tough mandate.

From Kebbi State, the 4th Session of the Nigerian Youth Parliament also saw the emergence of Ahmad Rufai Khalifa as the Chief of Staff to the Speaker, Yakubu Isah Liman representing Kebbi North as Vice Chairman House committee on SDGs and Fauziya Aliyu representing Kebbi South as the Secretary House Committee on Humanitarian affairs.
