The Education Community Development Service of Kebbi State under the aegis of the National Youth Service Corps Kebbi State hereby unveil a free adult education in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State.

The free adult education is the first of its kind in the state and one of the main activities of education cds.

Community Development Service is one of the four (4) Cardinal Programmes of NYSC in which corps members contribute positively to the development of their host communities throughout the period of national service.

some of the objectives of education cds are:

  • Campaign against illiteracy.
    *Organizing Extra-mural classes for adults (adults education).
    *Organizing of in-school Programmes.
    *Improving the standard of education.
    *Creating healthy competitio

*Creating healthy competitions among students.
*Raising awareness of education to build a better nation. etc

The project will be commissioned on October 23,2019 @ 10am prompt and lectures will commence on the 2nd of November, 2019 @ NYSC School Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State. The NYSC School Birnin Kebbi will serve as the citadel for all lecturing activities viz -a-viz the adults education Programme.

The education cds is hoping to partner with various governmental and non governmental organizations, Community based organizations, Religious bodies, Philanthropists Foundations to ensure the sustainability and longevity of the Programme.

We would like the good people of Kebbi State to know that the free adults education belongs exclusively to them and to ensure the sustainability of the Programme is majorly their responsibility and their obligation.
