KBSG TARGETS 600,000 OUT OF SCHOOL CHILDREN FOR INTEGRATION THIS YEAR
Over Six Hundred Thousand (600,000) out of Schools Children are to be incorporated with the mainstem of educational system in Kebbi State before the year runs out.
Speaking at the 28th anniversary of Kebbi State in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State Governor Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu stated that significant progress has been made in that direction adding that so far the sum of One Billion, Eight Hundred Million Naira (N1.8 Billion) has been set aside for the exercise.
The Governor then commended the Four Emirs in the State for responding appropriately by providing the required data preparatory to the commencement of the incorporation exercise.

As part of education transformation; the Governor said He chaired two meetings with officials of State Primary Education Board and Ministry of Education within the last Month to fine tune arrangements towards its successful implementation.
The integration idea had earlier received blessings from the Emir of Gwandu Alh Muhammad Iliyasu Bashar and an Elder Statesman also Chairman of the Anniversary event, Hon Justice Usman Muhammad JSC who strongly admonished Parents for shying away from taking responsibilities of their Wards.
