History was made 7th August as Member Representing Koko Besse/Maiyama in the Federal House of Representatives, Shehu Muhammad (Wamban Koko) on Wednesday sworn in Miss Asma’u Abdulrahman as the first one-hour Member, House of Representatives of Koko/Maiyama.
According to reports from Newsmen, Asma’u presided over the affairs of KokoBesse Federal House successfully and thanked Wamban Koko for the gesture.
It will be recalled that Shehu Muhammad has promised to be people-oriented in delivering dividends of democracy throughout his administration.
Wamban Koko has also promised to support orphans in their various educational pursuits throughout his tenure.
