Youth Inclusion will promote fairness in Nigeria’s Political Space- Aliyu Bunza
Increasing youth involvement in governance has been an issue in Nigeria’s closed political circle for a long time; the latest being the debate over youths inclusion in the List of Ministers presented to the Senate by the Presidency.
Fielding questions from newsmen yesterday in Birnin Kebbi, the Chairman, National Youth Council of Nigeria, Kebbi State Chapter, Aliyu Bunza, said “one of the ways of promoting equity and fairness in the political space was youth inclusion”.

According to him “many youths have shown interest in handling the affairs of Local Government Councils across the State and should be given a chance “.
While appreciating the State Government for initiating youth empowerment programs that are beneficial to the teeming youth, the Youth Boss said, young people can also be given a place in the scheme of things especially as promised during this “Next Level”.
He however called on the youth to display a high degree of intelligence and objectivity if given the opportunity.
“We must get ready to lead with wisdom. Future leaders must be committed to delivering dividends of democracy if given the chance ” he added.
