Appointments of Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director

The GSA Executive Committee is pleased to inform members and stakeholders that we have appointed as Managing Director, Mr. Aaron Adu effective October 1, 2018.

Mr. Adu currently serves as the GSA Director of Africa operations and oversees the implementation of our projects in 7 countries. He has an MBA in Finance and speaks fluent English and French.

Aaron has worked at GSA in various capacities since it’s inception and has played a substantial role in developing the association and its various programs to date.

We are pleased to have Aaron’s institutional knowledge and leadership as we continue to expand GSA sustainability, quality, and promotion efforts in the region and around the world.

The Executive Committee is also pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Wunmi Osholake to the position of Deputy Managing Director, focusing on GSA sustainability activities as well the expansion and management of EU and U.S. stakeholder engagements.

Wunmi currently serves as the GSA sustainability program director for the past two years. She has an MSc in International Business Development and has substantial experience working in finance and marketing with various companies including Ernst & Young. We welcome Wunmi’s leadership and drive in this enhanced capacity.
